    Description

    Summary:

    • Coordinate patient care for a multidisciplinary team, promoting patient-centric care and timely delivery of interventions
    • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, identifying risks and intervening appropriately to support patient treatment plans
    • Liaise among physicians, nursing staff, and other health care team members
    • Evaluate patient responses to care, recommending adjustments in interventions as needed
    • Contribute to quality assurance and improvement activities

    Requirements:

    • Program Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
    • 1 year of directly related experience
    • Current RN licensure in NM or recognized under reciprocal agreement
    • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Certification (Professional Rescuers) within 30 days of hire

    Physical Requirements:

    • Light work, including the need to move up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds or less frequently, standing or walking for significant periods, and pushing/pulling arm or leg controls

    Working Conditions:

    • Minimal physical risks, exposure to dirt/dust/fumes/noise
