For our department
Chemical Trading and Cosmetics, we are looking for a
Regulatory Affairs / Product Safety Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in
Hamburg at the earliest possible date.


Your tasks

  • Evaluation of raw materials and ingredients according to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of product information
  • Management and tracking of regulatory requirements and association regulations
  • Consulting the department and customers on regulatory issues
  • Processing customer inquiries and documents in cooperation with sales
  • Support in developing regulatory strategies for research and development

Your profile

  • Completed technical training or degree in chemistry, biology, toxicology, food chemistry or pharmacy
  • Good knowledge of regulatory framework in the EU
  • Experience in the chemical/cosmetic industry in the field of regulatory affairs is desirable
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in using MS Office
