You feel at home in HR and enjoy taking on administrative tasks? As a decentralized HR specialist, you will be a strong partner for our employees at Werner Wicker Clinic and work closely with our central HR department.
#teamwicker at Werner Wicker Clinic as soon as possible.
Your daily tasks:
- You will be the first point of contact for all employees at Werner Wicker Clinic regarding HR matters
- You will handle administrative tasks within the local HR department
- You will act as a liaison with our central HR department at Wicker Group
- You will maintain employee data in our payroll system, scheduling program, and personnel files
- You will implement employee participation rights, especially in individual personnel measures according to § 99 BetrVG
- You will create personnel statistics
- You will contribute your own ideas and take on project tasks as needed
Your strengths:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training in HR, e.g. as a certified HR specialist
- You have previous experience in HR administration
- You are organized, flexible, and reliable
- You are a team player and ready to start in a team
- You are communicative and eager to contribute your own ideas
- You are proficient in MS Office programs
