As part of their continued growth strategy, we are currently seeking a university graduate - Sales - Personnel Services (m/f/d) for a permanent position in Shawano, WI.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential B2B clients with exciting projects for our client's IT experts
  • Contacting decisionmakers to establish sustainable and collaborative partnerships
  • Independently scheduling meetings for our sales managers
  • Preparing and following up on client meetings, and accompanying sales colleagues to meetings
  • Recruiting potential experts for our clients' current vacancies

Qualifications:

  • You have a completed university degree
  • You have a strong focus on service and customer orientation, and are highly enthusiastic
  • You are driven by your contribution to the company's growth and sustainable goal orientation
  • You enjoy networking and have a positive attitude in telephone and personal contact with clients and candidates
  • Fluent German language skills complete your profile
