Seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with solid Construction General Contractor experience. Excellent career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Job Budget and Analysis
Billing Review
Billing Templates
Review job budget setup and assist with setups when necessary.
Assist Job Cost Controller with reviews of job set up.
Assist Project Managers when necessary with job cost analysis and projections.
For complex projects or those of high risk, a greater amount of supervision and involvement will be necessary.
Assist with committed costs investigations.
Research job cost-related issues
Assist Job Cost Controller with WIP updates and job cost issues raised at WIP and Focus meetings.
Update weekly WIP for Project Accountants for monitoring of job billing completeness.
Review job billing completed by Project Accountants for accuracy and completeness.
Review customer change order updates in Vista.
Update billing templates in Vista.
Monthly Utility accrual.
PPL Transmission COC billing
Accounts Receivable bi-weekly scorecard reporting.
Assist with the collection of past due accounts receivable.
Underbilling bi-weekly scorecard reporting.
Attend WIP and Focus meetings as necessary.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

*Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree.
2. 5 or more years of Construction General Contractor or Related experience.
3. 5 or more years of Accounting Experience.
