Cremation of Southern Maine is offering an exciting employment opportunity for an
Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time opportunity with a schedule of 16-20 hours per week based out of our Springvale location. There may be future opportunities for additional hours and the potential for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phone skills
- Professional appearance
- Team focused attitude
- Strong organization, administrative abilities and multitasking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe. Ability to learn our Cremation Service management software
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, assisting callers with providing information and routing messages to appropriate staff members
- Maintaining Accounts receivable/payable
- File Management
- Office Organization
- Preparing necessary documents and authorizations as it relates to cremation services
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an office/business environment
- Stable work history
- Aptitude and willingness to learn
- Empathetic and Compassionate personality
- Funeral Home experience is valued but not required
