RTS Wind AG, based in Wahneta, FL, is a leading company in the wind energy industry.

We specialize in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines and rotor blades, and our extensive experience makes us well-equipped for these tasks.

We are currently seeking a skilled
Service Technician (M/F/d) for blade repair works to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as a
laminator (M/F/d), painter (M/F/d), boat builder (M/F/d) or a similar field.


Your responsibilities as a Service Technician for blade repair works will include:

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on rotor blades
  • Inspecting blade surfaces and performing internal checks
  • Documenting all work completed
  • Working in a team of 23 colleagues

Your qualifications should include:


  • Completed vocational training as a
    laminator (M/F/d), painter (M/F/d), boat builder (M/F/d) or a similar field
  • Experience in surface coating and plastics processing is preferred
  • A valid driver's license, class B or higher
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English
