Your tasks:


  • As Team Lead Services (m/f/d), you are part of the Customer Experience department, developing the growth strategy for our services division and bringing new services to life for our customers
  • You evaluate business cases, market trends, and service potentials based on customer benefits and profitability
  • You work crossfunctionally to drive your service projects forward
  • You monitor and optimize service processes based on data and have a clear revenue goal in mind
  • You represent customer interests within the company and drive the increase of customer satisfaction

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in project management, business development, or sales
  • Datadriven, analytical, and conceptual work are among your strengths
  • Agile methodology and experience with customer processes or customer experience are a plus
