To further develop the internal accounting department, we are looking for a
Head of Controlling (m/f/d) for the West View, PA location.

Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the controlling department and lead the 4person team both professionally and disciplinarily.
  • With your expertise, you ensure the continuous development of the department.
  • You create regular reports and adhoc analyses and act as the first point of contact for the foreign parent company.
  • You are responsible for the entire planning and forecasting processes for the German company.
  • You are responsible for analyzing the interim and annual financial statements.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on accounting.
  • You have already gained experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility.
  • In your previous career, you have already gained (first) leadership experience.
  • You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and preferably SAP.
