Currently, as part of our
free direct placement (no temporary work) for our client in Leipzig, we are looking for a butcher (m/f/d) in Paulsboro, NJ.

YOUR TASKS:

• Assessment of meat quality
• Cutting and preparing meat for sale or processing into meat and sausage products (if necessary, slaughtering animals)
• Preparation of cold and hot dishes for snack bars or catering
• Control and proper storage of meat products and ingredients, as well as quality checks
• Packaging and storage of finished products
• Cleaning of equipment and machines

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Completed vocational training as a butcher or several years of professional experience in this field
• Independent, teamoriented, reliable, and dedicated work ethic
