    Job Description:
    Are you an experienced leader looking for a new challenge? Join our team as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a key role in developing business strategies, providing leadership, and overseeing operations of the credit union. Your main goal is to ensure the credit union reaches its objectives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with outstanding business skills.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies
    • Supervise all operations and activities
    • Lead and drive employee engagement
    • Champion the credit union's vision, mission, and values
    • Assess, monitor, and communicate company performance and targets
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience as a CEO or in a similar position
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance
    • Exceptional leadership qualities
    • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
    • Adept at working efficiently in a dynamic environment
