Currently working as a Raw Material Operations Lead for PPG Procurement, supporting Architectural Coatings in 2022 and Industrial Powder Coatings in 2023. Responsibilities include sourcing strategy execution, supplier management, SBU alignment, compliance control, and delivery issue support. This includes monitoring supplier performance levels through OTIF and CAIR, as well as resolution of escalated operations issues. Also, an experienced formulations chemist with 15 years in the industry, involving research and development of architectural interior and exterior coatings, including application, physical property testing and product launch. Has excellent cross communication skills and history working closely with marketing, raw material suppliers, and manufacturing across the U.S. and Canada.

Led a team in the development of new interior latex High End, high hide product line for Mid-West market.

Existing product modification

Developed improved rheology for water and solvent based aerosol textures. 

Reformulated high volume interior product line for increased Consumer Report rating of 4 points.

Reformulated exterior Builder’s Flat product line to be low VOC containing and 100% acrylic.

Reformulated mid-tier quality product line for improved MPI scores.
