I am a dedicated and resourceful Solutions Specialist with a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping clients find effective solutions. Currently working under contract, I am seeking a full-time and reliable position where I can contribute my problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. I have been at my current position as a Solutions Specialist for three years now. With several years of experience in hospitality and the restaurant industry, I bring excellent communication, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities to every role. I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering high-quality support and service. 

For the past three years, I have worked as a contracted Solutions Specialist for Ascend Learning, providing high-level customer and technical support across multiple platforms. I am highly proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Teams, and work extensively with ServiceNow and JIRA to manage and resolve client requests efficiently. I collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions, consistently achieving a 48-hour turnaround on reported issues. My experience has strengthened my ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.

I  graduated high school with a 4.2 GPA and began pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Florida Gulf Coast University before pausing my studies to focus on family. I also have training in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services, which strengthened my ability to perform under pressure and respond effectively in fast-paced environments. Although I did not receive formal college training, my current role as a Solutions Specialist has been my most valuable educational experience. I am continuously learning on the job, developing advanced technical, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with development teams.
