    OFFICE MANAGER
    Are you a skilled Office Manager with a knack for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions? Elevate your career with our client as an Office Manager and contribute your expertise to their dynamic team.


    ABOUT THE COMPANY:

    As an Office Manager, you will be a key player in maintaining the smooth operation of their office while also handling essential AP & AR responsibilities.



    OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER
    ROLE:
    Leverage your administrative prowess to provide seamless support to their team.
    The Office Manager will manage and organize office tasks, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations.
    Utilize your AP & AR knowledge to assist in financial transactions and record-keeping.
    Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance coordination.
    Employ your attention to detail in preparing documents and reports.
    Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
    Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE
    MANAGER:
    Proven experience as an Office Manager, having honed your organizational skills.
    Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
    Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks with precision.
    Problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt in a dynamic environment.
    A positive and professional demeanor that contributes to our team's spirit.
