    ** Inside Solar Sales Representative**

    Dubuque, IA 52001

    Under the direction of the Executive Vice President of Sales and Sales Manager, the Inside Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maximizing the customer purchase experience by energizing people to save money while protecting the environment.

    **Duties & Responsibilities**

    Educate potential customers about accessibility to solar energy

    Sell residential solar, over the phone and via Webinar, to homeowners in designated areas in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois

    Connect with quality leads upon request for a consultation

    Generate referral leads from your base of satisfied customers.

    Display strong negotiation and presentation skills

    Utilize education-based approach to persuasion

    Gather referrals from clients

    Maintaining the sales process, documentation process, and communication through our CRM program ACT

    Prospect for potential leads to generate a pipeline

    Build new book of business in a growing market/industry

    Achieve acceptable expectations, goals, and objectives.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

    Outstanding sales, communication, and motivational skills.

    Be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers

    Diligent with a strong attention to detail and ability to utilize technology to spread the good news of solar to as many customers as possible

    Must be proficient in CRM management and consultative selling

    **Education and Experience**

    High School Diploma

    Three to five years of experience in a sales role

    **Work hours and Location**

    This position is a full time 40 hour a week in office position in Dubuque,

    Must be flexible to work evening appointments and Saturdays
