    As we grow our services, we are seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join the ImOn family. Our team is committed to fostering a culture of 'Creating Connections One Person at a Time' and ensuring a fun and fulfilling workplace.

    The Direct Sales Representative plays a vital role in representing ImOn Communications to potential customers, promoting and selling Internet, Phone, and Cable services in line with company standards.

    Sales reps utilize lead sheets to reach out to homes, aiming to boost service uptake within designated areas.

    Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, delivering excellent customer service, and maximizing sales potential per customer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations for Internet, phone, and cable services in assigned territory
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
    • Promote and sell services based on customer needs and available options
    • Present product information clearly and professionally
    • Maintain productivity standards and submit sales documentation promptly
    • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
    • Adhere to assigned work hours, including evenings and weekends

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent sales experience
    • 2+ years in sales/marketing; experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous
    • Basic computer skills
    • Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours
    • Professional and engaging presentation skills
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
