    Description

    A leading Investment Management Firm in Boca Raton, Florida is looking to bring on a Real Estate Paralegal to handle a variety of matters, primarily Title and Survey related responsibilities. The firm is experiencing high growth and is looking for legal and transactional support as they expand their team. This position involves high visibility across both legal and business teams to help support transactions, corporate matters, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • surveys, title commitments, and exception documents.
    • and review documents relating to a variety of real estate, loan, and construction matters.
    • with business and legal team members; resolve day-to-day issues, support a broad range of commercial transactions and projects.
    • ancillary real estate transaction documents such as escrow instructions, deeds, easements, owner's affidavits, closing certificates, organizational documents, etc.
    • general assistance in a variety of transactions; real estate, acquisition, disposition, lending, construction, development, operational, etc.
    • legal documents; ensure consistency and quality.
    • and summarize documents, zoning, ordinances, and statutes for review by attorneys.
    • due diligence matters
    • and time management skills; deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

    Requirements:

    • degree.
    • of five years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate paralegal.
    • expertise related to real estate and debt transactions.
    • to maintain high quality performance with varied deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
    • analytical ability and research skills.
    • communications skills (both oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively across broad functional and organizational lines.
