Location:
Aventura, FL (in-office, full-time)

Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000
The firm is a burgeoning law firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate transactions. We prioritize excellence, client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. As our operations expand, we are seeking an adept Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Aventura, FL office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate all facets of Commercial Real Estate closings.
  • Conduct thorough title examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to draft and review legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the closing process.
  • Remain abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting Commercial Real Estate transactions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Demonstrated expertise in closings and title processes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.

Nice-to-Have:


  • Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (Qualia & DoubleTime).
