    Trust & Estates Planning & Probate Paralegal

    Hybrid

    Must have at least 5 years Probate Paralegal experience, mandatory

Lauderdale office.

    As a Probate Paralegal, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with high net-worth individuals and well-known attorneys, contributing to the firm's legacy of excellence.

    What will I be doing?

    Conducting probate and post-death trust administration, including the preparation of probate pleadings and trust administration documents. Filing probate documents with courts across the State of Florida and efficiently manage dockets. Marshaling and obtaining values of estate assets. Assisting in the preparation of federal estate and, occasionally, gift tax returns.

    Be a team player with a positive attitude, consistently upholding a high standard of service. A self-starter capable of working effectively under minimal supervision and exhibiting a proactive approach to tasks, fostering a team-oriented environment.

    What qualifications do I need?

    Preferred Bachelor's Degree. Mandatory Paralegal certificate. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a medium to large size law firm. Must possess specific experience as a Probate Paralegal in Florida.
