    Growth Specialist at Tayvio - Miami, FL (Hybrid)

    Overview

    We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team. Tayvio is a marketing agency servicing the growth needs of several quickly growing early to mid-stage startups across a variety of industries. This is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL.     Role Description

    As a Growth Specialist at Tayvio, you will be at the forefront of defining go-to-market strategies and managing marketing spend to meet ROI objectives. You will have roles in:

    • Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies focused on scaling revenue to achieve a positive ROI
    • Paid Ads and ROI Management: Manage a paid advertising budget to meet established revenue objectives and achieve a positive ROI
    • Project Management: Lead various marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and achieving desired results.
    • Team Leadership: Manage multiple teams and client projects simultaneously, fostering high standards of quality and performance to achieve substantial growth outcomes.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular analytics and evaluations of key performance metrics, particularly ROI, leveraging insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes continually.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships through data-driven reporting and clear communication, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.

    Requirements

    • Experience effectively managing a marketing budget to increase revenue and achieve a positive ROI is a must
    • Minimum of 4 years in marketing or growth-focused roles, agency or startup experience preferred
    • Proven track record of running successful Google and Social ad campaigns with a positive ROI
    • Proven track record in defining successful go-to-market strategies
    • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success
    • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital advertising, content creation, and analytics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
    • Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities
    • HubSpot experience a plus

    The approximate salary for this role is $70,000-$95,000/year, depending on experience.
