    Job Overview


    TE's Data and Device "DnD" business unit seeks an experienced and savvy Account Manager to join our Hyperscale sales team for one of our top global Hyperscale accounts.

    As the AM for this account, you will be responsible for working under the Global Account Manager for this account and managing all aspects of account growth, including successful relationship building with all customer critical contacts in Seattle, Austin, and Asia, new design wins, market share gains, and market share analysis.

    As the AM, you will wear many hats. This includes coordinating projects that often contain synchronized
    USand Asia activity. You will report to the Global Account Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Meet locally with the Customer in

    Seattle and engineering in Austin, TX

    , frequently. Develop all critical relationships with the Customer's Engineering and Procurement teams and extended Asian / European ODM teams.

    Gain a clear understanding of the customer roadmap.


    Identify current and future customer needs and work with the customer to find appropriate solutions in conjunction with your supporting FAE and Sales Architect teams.

    Support Salesforce pipeline entries, S&OP forecasting, and related revenue tools.


    Become the application expert and be able to present Customer Cloud application solution designs and future technical trends to TE Leadership.

    Drive new and custom designs with TE Product Management, FAE, and System Architect teams.

    Cultivate high-level customer relationships and extend these relationships within TE Senior Management.

    International travelWhat your background should look like:

    Familiarity and experience selling to a hyperscale customer are strongly preferred.

    Knowledge of Cloud architecture. (server, switch, storage, AI, related ICs and protocols)

    A BS degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.

    Background in interconnects, copper cables, and optics is strongly preferred.

    5 to 7 years of critical account management experience preferred

    Strong Customer focus throughout all levels of management.

    Ability to engage with Customer Development Engineers and Purchasing.

    Strong presentation skills, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.

    A warm and persuasive personality is required.

    Hunter mentality, the natural sense to drive and discover more, thinking 1 generation ahead.

    Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $88,480 - $132,720 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
    • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
    • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
