Description
Want to change the way people watch TV globally? We are looking for an experienced marketer to help expand Clients Video platform internationally (LATAM, AU, CA & NZ). In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of always-on Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns as well as their performance. You will work at the strategic level to champion new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.
You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches. You will be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to create sophisticated advertising campaigns that are both locally relevant and globally scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and scaling Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns, including Meta, ADSP, TikTok, Google/Youtube, and Snapchat.
Optimizing content, placements, targeting, as well as ad and landing page A/B testing to find the right messaging.
Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
Communicating performance and status to various marketing, media and business stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Paid Social, including campaign creation, optimization and analysis
Track record of building and growing large paid media accounts
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in A/B testing
Meta BM Certification
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple countries and languages
Domain expertise in Meta, ADSP/Programmatic, TikTok, Google/Youtube and Snapchat
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Heavy hands-on account exp.
Be flexible with time zones/possibly take late calls.

3 Domain expertise in Meta, ADSP/Programmatic, TikTok, Google/Youtube and Snapchat
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
