Your tasks

  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Order processing
  • Data maintenance in ERP and shop systems (Shopware)
  • Close collaboration with our internal logistics team for order clarification

Your profile

  • You have experience working with a merchandise management system
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)
