Responsibilities:


  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you handle daily price inquiries, create shortterm offers, and coordinate internally
  • You schedule customer appointments for your field colleagues and also work closely with our traffic departments
  • You support marketing with mailing campaigns

  • You exude confidence and impress with your organizational skills and quick grasp
  • You keep track of things even under time pressure and take on responsibility
  • Your confident demeanor and high social competence make it easier for you to work with international teams and handle challenging situations
  • You have already gained some professional experience; in addition to fluent German, you also enjoy speaking and writing in English; your high digital competence is evident in your routine use of common IT systems and a variety of media tools
