For our client in Munich, we are currently looking for an Office Assistant/Executive Assistant (m/f/d) in direct placement.

Our client is a highly successful and modern service company that focuses on its employees and promotes them individually. Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact internally and externally for all questions to the executive management
  • Support in all organizational and administrative matters
  • Collaboration with the management as well as almost all departments of the company
  • Active support in the implementation of special measures
  • Preparation and coordination of internal events and management meetings
  • Management and optimization of processes
  • Coordination of appointments and maintenance of calendars for the management and authorized signatories
  • Correspondence internally/externally

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree and professional experience in a similar position
  • Organizational skills, excellent communication skills with a high level of German proficiency, empathy and people skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Very good MS Office skills
