    Description
    Executive Support Specialist

    Insurance


    Track and monitor all insurance policies of the Our client companies including but not limited to auto, property, crime, package, worker's comp, etc.

    Manage renewals and broker relationships. Initiate claims.

    Titles and Tags

    Monitor company vehicle titles, Dealer tags and Transportation tags.

    Also, E-Z Pass accounts.

    Compliance

    Safety:
    member of the Safety Committee for Our client companies. Including monthly Committee meetings and assuring all employees receiving appropriate safety training.

    Licenses and Permits

    Responsible for license/permit renewals, license/permit maturities, and researching/obtaining new licenses and permits when necessary. This includes all business licensing, permits where/when needed, auto licenses and tags for the Our client companies.

    Administrative

    Answering telephone - transfer calls and/or take messages for owner of the company, meet and greet clients and visitors.

    Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experienced in Office Outlook.

    Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.

    Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

    Set up and coordinate meeting and conferences.

    Other Duties as assigned such as support of Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Atlantic Auctions.
