- Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback and insights to help shape our sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, project management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Track progress against sales targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in flooring, tile, grout, or stone sales.
