The high-volume call center agent is responsible for efficiently managing a large number of incoming calls, emails, or other inquiries from customers or clients.
They must provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. This is contract role from May-September. If you would like to learn more, todaysalary:
$16 - $16.5 per hour

Responsibilities
Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming customer calls, striving to meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining quality standards.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of their inquiries or issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Handle escalated customer calls with tact and diplomacy, addressing complex or sensitive issues promptly and effectively to reach a satisfactory resolution.
