    This opportunity is a 1 year rotational development program designed to expose you to all aspects of the automotive industry while preparing you for a future in leadership. During the program, you will be able to gain the following experience:
    • Acquire hands-on experience while gaining a broader perspective of all business segments of automotive dealership operations across multiple sites
    • Participate in structured learning and development opportunities coupled with ongoing learning sprints between rotational assignments
    • Work on high-impact and business-relevant projects that will provide exposure to senior leadership
    • Collaborate with peers to seek to learn "why" vs "how"
    • Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry as you identify problems, recommend solutions and improve how the business functions
    • Accelerate your leadership skills as you work alongside top industry leaders in a range of disciplines
    • All other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Recent Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related studies
    • Strong demonstrated understanding of a P&L statement
    • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and planning
    • Excellent customer service skills; ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external customers
    • Demonstrated strength in creative thinking and providing innovative and proactive solutions to various challenges
    • Strategic thinking and decision making
    • Must maintain a valid GA driver's license
    • Must submit to and pass background and drug screen per company policy
