    Responsibilities

    The Manager Finance, Gaming will report directly to the Sr Director Finance, Gaming. The role supports Content Development and Product Management Operational teams and will provide finance business partnering to the leaders of these organizations as well as supporting relevant financial processes and systems. The expectation is to provide the Global Gaming business leadership with the required financial and operational metrics to drive tactical and strategic decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures, and the organization's financial relationship to ensure that the financial and strategic goals are attained.
    • Business partnering to respective organizations and providing financial and accounting guidance
    • Document and report Actual vs. Forecast variances for monthly CAO meeting
    • Forecast/Budget (current year and 5 year plan) the supported organization's directly managed costs (personnel and staff augmentation primarily) in accordance with customer, operational and RD project demands.
    • Compile reporting packages inclusive of financial results, KPIs, and analysis comparisons to prior periods and budget/forecast for Global Gaming business unit.
    • Drive process and program improvement initiatives that ensure better cost visibility and control e.g. ensure all technology and RD (including Content team) employees have access to Clarity system for recording project hours and allocating costs correctly to customer delivery and RD projects, as well as cost for content game development
    • Recommend modifications to new and existing processes and reporting to improve the timeliness and quality of key deliverables.
    • Ad hoc reporting requests to support business operations
    • Design and build BPC-based reports to support presentations for segment leadership
    Qualifications

    FPA Competencies
    • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen. Able to succinctly interpret data and frame business issues in a straightforward manner and communicate them effectively to senior management
    • Comfortable leading meetings and occasional presentations to senior management
    • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proficient in SAP, BPC Planning Application, Excel, and PowerPoint
    Accounting Competencies
    • Experience reviewing and analyzing Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Capex, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures
    General Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning analysis and/or accounting
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required, MBA degree or CPA designation desirable but not required Keys to Success

    At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $84,000 - $185,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
