Description

Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate with receptionist's daily activities and office operations
  • Schedule and prioritize office activities, including purchasing and managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and performing administrative support functions as needed
  • Manage the region's procurement process including reviewing, issuing and tracking Purchase Orders in compliance with budget and region's needs
  • Ensure invoices have appropriate documentation prior to submission for payment
  • Reconcile credit card charges
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely invoice processing
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the procurement and payables processes and other workflows
  • Audit the fulfillment billings, ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure the billable supplies are appropriately allocated and billed to customers
  • Investigate and process parcel and other audit claims
  • Collaborate and work with the Finance Director on special projects
  • Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
  • Develop effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Act as liaison with other departments and business units
  • Cooperate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations
  • Support and perform special projects and other duties as required
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures
