The key role for the finance team is to support the business delivering actions to grow the top line, without diluting profitability or compromising on the high standards of financial control that currently exist.




Dermalogica is seeking a talented Analyst**
General Description:Success is consistently delivering against the key reporting deadlines, so the leadership team has the financial information they need to manage performance. All reporting requirements to Unilever are delivered on time, in full, and with mínimal disruption. The role is essential in ensuring smooth production of all our management reporting.


Key Job Accountabilities:

Ensure monthly management reporting requirements are met on time and in full

  • Ensure all Dermalogica subsidiaries and departments report actual results according to our monthend deadlines.
  • Coordinate input from each of our subsidiaries into our central reporting systems for global consolidation both internally and to our parent company.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance materials for both internal review and formal review with Unilever Prestige

Examples include:

  • Monthly P&L packs by market
  • Weekly Channel Sales
  • Global Ecommerce reporting
  • Actuals and forecast submissions
  • Performance dashboards for various channels
  • Drive efficiencies in our current monthly processes by investigating how RPA and Gen AI could save time and effort in this area.
  • Produce key reporting materials to support the annual financial budget and strategic planning process globally.

Maintain and manage key reporting systems

  • Own the global data consolidation model, including monthly maintenance of new account mapping and creation.
  • Implement any reporting structure changes in Adaptive insights (P&L structure, channels, departments etc) and coordinate annual restatements (incl. foreign exchange rate changes).
  • Act as the global super user for Adaptive, supporting subsidiary markets and any future expansion of the reporting tools to key users.
  • Seek out new technological advances in the FP&A area and implement where appropriate.

Maintain and develop current International Analytics

  • Ensure the international team has access to key reports and analysis to be selfsufficient in making business decisions.
  • Ability to data wrangle multiple data sources (including connecting to SQL databases) to create reports and analysis for none finance business users
  • Maintain content on Dermalogica's Analytics Hub by ensuring reports are shared and updated in a timely manner.

Experience and Competencies Required:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Computer Science, Information Management or another related field also applicable, but with some knowledge of finance/business.
  • Excellent initiative and followup skills, and ability to carry out a variety of responsibilities.
  • Fast learner for fastpaced work environment.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and highly organized
  • Excel superuser, with expert knowledge of model set up and management, and command of several key formulas, shortcuts and graph building
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and data imports a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL databases advantageous.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
The expected base salary range for this position is $70K to $75K. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget


This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
