    As an Account Specialist at Direct Supply, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional value and service to our diverse range of customers. Your tasks will involve engaging with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Moreover, you will provide crucial support to Account Managers by assisting in consultations, quoting, and order placement.

    This position is part of our E&F business division.

    About Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings:

    Direct Supply offers over 1 million product solutions and efficient project management services to support procurement processes. Our customers in the care provider industry rely on us for our personalized expertise, outstanding customer service, and innovative solutions that simplify their tasks.

    Your Responsibilities and Impact:

    • Process customer orders, address inquiries, and manage order fulfillment queries.
    • Provide customers with timely updates on order status and backorders.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Direct Supply's offerings to offer comprehensive customer support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address customer requirements.
    • Support customers via chat, phone, and email in the absence of their dedicated Account Manager.
    • Successfully execute assigned projects under the guidance of team leaders.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
