**Event Coordinator**
at Momnt Atlanta, Georgia, United States The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution behind all of our online and offline events for our prospects, clients, partners, and potential hires. The ideal candidates primary focus includes the support of planning, logistics, and execution of an annual event marketing plan that ensures the Company is attending and hosting events that actively engage with our target audiences, and that those attendees convert into high quality leads for the business.
Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Manager and Chief Revenue Officer to organize the logistics for all marketing and sales events, including but not limited to timelines, venues, vendors, travel arrangements, staffing, budget proposals, pre-event logistics/operational details, shipping, organizing event materials, on-site event management, post-event tracking and ROI analysis
Help to identify and secure staff, speakers, and special guests for each event
Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to present possible marketing and sales events
Ensure the Marketing department has detailed information and goals for each event
Provide technical and administrative support to the Marketing team, attendees and guests
Collaborate with Marketing team to promote events pre and post event
Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing team in meeting Company objectives for lead generation from trade shows, webinars, and other events
Process the leads from events quickly to help ensure the success of each event
Organize and maintain an annual calendar and website page of confirmed marketing and sales events
Assist the Marketing Manager in the order of promotional items and maintain inventory
Work with HR team to support recruiting events as needed
Work with leadership team to support internal company events as needed
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience in event planning
Excellent time management and organization skills
Excellent communicator with high attention to detail
Google Suite proficient
Experience with and HubSpot preferred
Ability to lift 40lbs
Ability to travel to trade shows and other in-person events and occasionally work outside of business hours. Travel frequency will vary. We anticipate approximately 20% of travel on average.
