Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, creating event schedules, and managing budgets
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and develop event concepts and themes
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee event logistics, including food and beverage, transportation, audiovisual setup, and on-site staffing
Create and manage event registration systems, including ticket sales and attendee tracking
Coordinate event marketing and promotions, including social media campaigns and email marketing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
