- Respond promptly to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the companys event packages to prospective clients.
- Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and invoices using our CRM program.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales goals.
- Foster repeat business through the cultivation of strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about annual events, competition, and trends in the Atlanta area.
- Minimum of 2 years of event sales experience with strong selling skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and generate repeat business.
- Articulate growth using business metrics and ROI.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing client data using Microsoft Office and booking software.
- Ensure successful event execution by collaborating with our operations team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, nights, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Eclipso Immersive Entertainment is looking for an Event Sales Coordinator in Atlanta Only candidates that have Event Sales experience similiar to the job requirments will be contacted.
The Event Sales Coordinator should possess a robust network within the event planning industry. They will be responsible for generating and facilitating all aspects of the sales department, including sales activities, bookings, onboarding new clients, venue visits, follow-up calls and emails, customer data management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Working closely with the General Manager, the Event Sales Coordinator will be on-site and responsible for closing inquiries via phone calls, emails, and conducting site visits to ensure efficient and seamless event planning and execution.
