    POSITION SUMMARY:


    The Insurance Sales Manager (Telesales) is responsible and accountable for all aspects of Property and Casualty Sales from their P&C team of licensed insurance agents.

    They will be required to execute on the strategic business plan to attain production goals, generate profit, drive volume and increase the insurance penetration rates into our existing customer base of over 1.5 million homeowners.

    They will lead a team of approximately 10 – 15 insurance agents.

    As an Insurance Sales Manager you will be tasked with leading the development and growth of your licensed insurance sales team; including the hiring of employees and development of all processes and procedures required to successfully sell new P&C insurance policies as well as reselling customers at renewal.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manage/Grow Telesales Insurance production
    Achieve sales targets, sold/bound policies
    Partner with the National Sales Manager to understand and drive business strategy focused on volume and revenue generation
    Responsible and accountable for compliance across all aspects of P&C production
    Meet or exceed volume generation goals Meet or exceed revenue generation goals
    Manage all aspects of your team's sales center operational metrics (calls, handle rate, service levels, abandonment rates, conversion rates, talk time etc.)
    Attract, retain and develop licensed insurance sales agents Ensure effective education and employee development focused on state licensing and continued education requirements
    Create a results focused culture where 'how you do what you do is as important as what you do'
    Drive best in class employee engagement and customer satisfaction (monitored through survey results)
    Hold teams and business partners accountable to results and performance
    Create and manage team member development plans and performance reviews

    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
    Must be self- motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.
    Must be detail oriented and results driven with a focus on customer service.
    Must have excellent interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship building skills.

    Must have excellent written and communication skills as well as the ability to use different computer software programs related to quoting and binding insurance policies as well as customer relationship management.

    Strong experience working in a telephony based sales center environment
    Proven track record of successfully managing 10 or more team members
    Ability to successfully recruit, interview, hire, develop and retain licensed insurance agents Proven ability to lead, model, coach, and mentor licensed insurance agents Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong technology skills required (PC, Web-portal tools) EZLynx experience preferred

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
    5 years of Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration 4-40 Customer Representative License, 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines Agent License preferred

    The salary range for this role is $71-76K plus YE bonus; however, Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, location and key skills.
