DESCRIPTION:

SuperCom, a preferred choice for Governments worldwide, is looking for a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

The RSM will focus on generating new revenue by securing Government contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring across the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities while closing current ones.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Participate in Tradeshows and other sales/marketing events as necessary.
  • Travel up to 50% when required.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
  • Background in selling technology to State and Local Governments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Experience in handling RFPs.
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice/public safety sector is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor and team player.
  • Proficiency in developing long-term sales partnerships.
  • Experience in negotiating long-term service agreements.
  • Strong sales track record. Capable of showcasing $2 Million in new sales revenue annually.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions.
