DESCRIPTION:
SuperCom, a preferred choice for Governments worldwide, is looking for a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
The RSM will focus on generating new revenue by securing Government contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities while closing current ones.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Participate in Tradeshows and other sales/marketing events as necessary.
- Travel up to 50% when required.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Background in selling technology to State and Local Governments.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Experience in handling RFPs.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice/public safety sector is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor and team player.
- Proficiency in developing long-term sales partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating long-term service agreements.
- Strong sales track record. Capable of showcasing $2 Million in new sales revenue annually.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions.
