    Description

    We are currently partnered with a Lower Middle Market Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking VP to their Technology, Business Services team and Healthcare team.

    This Investment Banking VP will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another record year, gaining sell-side M&A reps and getting to lead a team of strong analysts and associates.

    ResponsibilitiesApplies financial analysis, business experience and market knowledge to initiate, and/or assess the likelihood of completing an M&A transactionPreparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.

    Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on sell-side M&A, some buy-side M&A, and some capital markets.
    Conducting extensive industry, market and company-specific research.
    Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
    Mentoring, training and supervising analyst level bankers.


    Requirements:


    Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in a coverage group or pure M&A execution role, preferably with experience in the Technology or Healthcare.

    Strong closed M&A deal experience.
    Extensive experience working on sell-side transactions, preferably having led the execution of multiple transactionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, including senior managementAbility to lead multiple team and work with tight deadlinesDiscipline(s): Investment BankingJob type: Permanent
