    Role Overview:

    As the Vice President of Sales at PRS Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, spearheading growth initiatives, and leading our dynamic sales team to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan, leveraging key technologies, and implementing a systematic approach to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique requirements of the healthcare market, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive business growth and enhance market penetration.

    Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product/service offerings to expand our reach and market presence.

    Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and refine sales strategies accordingly.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    Directly manage and mentor two sales leaders, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure alignment with overall sales objectives and organizational goals.

    Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

    Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities.

    Design, implement, and oversee sales training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of the sales team. Continuously assess training needs and provide ongoing support to ensure professional development and performance improvement.

    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

    Sales Operations and Execution:

    Implement a systematic approach to sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

    Utilize key technologies such as SalesHub, , and analytics platforms to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency.

    Ensure activity standards are being delivered. Demonstrate clear ability to correlate activity standards with Business Results. Ensure use of SalesHub and accuracy of metrics.

    Ensure seamless coordination and communication between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to maximize sales effectiveness.

    Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.

    Champion a customer-centric approach across the sales organization, prioritizing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

    Collaborate with marketing, sourcing & matching, & deployment teams to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions that resonate with target customers.

    Performance Measurement and Reporting:

    Define clear KPIs and performance metrics to assess sales team performance and track progress towards goals.

    Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into daily results, productivity measures, sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

    Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas of strength and areas for development within the sales organization.

    Assume accountability for the achievement of sales quotas across all sales channels, closely monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

    Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in high-growth environments.

    Extensive experience in building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth.

    Strong proficiency in leveraging key sales technologies, CRM systems like SalesHub and Microsoft Dynamics, and analytics tools to optimize sales operations and performance.

    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.

    Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
