    Description

    Title: Vice President of Land

    Location: Nashville, TN

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all land acquisition and development activities for the production homebuilder
    • Develop and implement strategic land plans to support the company's growth objectives
    • Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective land development
    • Monitor market trends and opportunities to identify potential land acquisitions
    • Manage relationships with land sellers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with all zoning, environmental, and legal requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and development
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
    • Proven track record of successful land transactions
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Knowledge of local land market dynamics in Nashville
