Description
Title: Vice President of Land
Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
Oversee all land acquisition and development activities for the production homebuilder
Develop and implement strategic land plans to support the company's growth objectives
Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective land development
Monitor market trends and opportunities to identify potential land acquisitions
Manage relationships with land sellers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all zoning, environmental, and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and development
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proven track record of successful land transactions
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of local land market dynamics in Nashville
