- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Advise management on contractual matters and lead negotiation strategies.
- Review complex solicitations and draft specialized responses for proposals and bids.
- Act as a key liaison between legal, finance, and business teams to resolve contract issues.
- Establish contract policies and oversee subordinate employees.
