- Building relationships with hospital staff to identify key customers and decision makers, achieving sales targets within the ICTx franchise.
- Demonstrating adaptability to evolving industry trends and customer needs.

- Leading account planning for Modern PCI program expansion.

About the position:
The Complex Regional Clinical (CRC) team is dedicated to promoting Boston Scientific’s approved products and practices through the Coronary Therapies selling team within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTx) organization. This role involves coaching on and developing Coronary Therapies products, educating customers, enhancing therapy awareness, and contributing to sales goals within the ICTx franchise. The CRC collaborates with the Coronary Therapies sales team and internal partners to establish regional targets and drive adoption among complex operators.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, with additional variable compensation based on the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will be based on experience, training, education, and business needs.
