    About the position:
    The Complex Regional Clinical (CRC) team is dedicated to promoting Boston Scientific’s approved products and practices through the Coronary Therapies selling team within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTx) organization. This role involves coaching on and developing Coronary Therapies products, educating customers, enhancing therapy awareness, and contributing to sales goals within the ICTx franchise. The CRC collaborates with the Coronary Therapies sales team and internal partners to establish regional targets and drive adoption among complex operators.

    Your duties will involve:

    • Being the clinical expert and mentor for the region, embodying traits such as patient advocacy, strong work ethic, and effective leadership.
    • Collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to boost awareness of Boston Scientific resources and establish BSC as the preferred partner for CTO/Complex PCI.
    • Educating healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and proper usage of ICTx products.
    • Building relationships with hospital staff to identify key customers and decision makers, achieving sales targets within the ICTx franchise.
    • Demonstrating adaptability to evolving industry trends and customer needs.
    • Driving alignment with corporate and regional goals for sales growth.
    • Leading account planning for Modern PCI program expansion.
    • Partnering with sales teams to implement growth strategies and meet quotas.
    • Maintaining clinical excellence and differentiation of product lines against competitors.
    • Nurturing relationships with major accounts and assisting in educational initiatives.
    • Participating in industry events and courses to stay updated on trends.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
    • Traveling up to 50% of the time.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years in sales, healthcare, or clinical settings.
    • Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Clinical experience in Cardiology within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Certification as a CT Clinical Specialist or similar support role.
    • Strong technical aptitude and leadership skills.
    • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to engage diverse customers and teams.

    The annual base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, with additional variable compensation based on the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will be based on experience, training, education, and business needs.
