- Design plumbing systems including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
- Produce contract drawings/designs from schematics through to construction documents.
- Complete project specifications.
- Perform site evaluations.
- Handle construction administration responsibilities including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Attend meetings with clients and project team meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- EIT/PE license preferred but commiserate experience is considered.
- 2+ years of plumbing design experience, preferably for commercial, institutional, K-12, or healthcare projects.
- Fire protection design experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit highly preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD required.
