    Job Title: Business Development Specialist

    Location: Phoenix metro area

    Objective:

    The Business Development Specialist role is centered on driving new patient referrals for AleraCare AICs, establishing and managing relationships with physician practices within designated territories. This position requires collaborative efforts across the organization to enhance patient care through effective communication and engagement.

    Essential Duties:

    • Educate physician practices on the benefits of AleraCare services to increase patient referrals.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives to support target accounts.
    • Build strong relationships with key accounts to address office needs effectively.
    • Utilize various communication channels to engage with healthcare practices.
    • Establish a central point of contact for physician referral sources within the territory.
    • Apply industry knowledge to develop business plans and execute sales calls respecting compliance guidelines.
    • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of AleraCare services, processes, and product offerings.
    • Develop knowledge of disease states and pharmaceutical products provided by AleraCare.
    • Consistently fulfill administrative responsibilities and leverage tools for performance reporting.
    • Conduct marketing campaigns and maintain provider relationships.
    • Support Account Executives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Position Requirements:

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, especially in sales.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
    • Capable of problem-solving creatively to enhance company performance.
    • Build rapport with healthcare professionals and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Possess influencing skills and knowledge of managed care markets.
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, and proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and able to pass background checks.

    Educational Qualifications:

    • BA / BS degree highly preferred.
