Job Description

Campanelli is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Multi-Family Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on multifamily wood-frame construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, budget, and schedule
Review drawings and manage contracts
Obtain permits and track costs and schedules
Lead project meetings with all stakeholders connected to a project: owner, owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and others
Report to stakeholders on project progress
Ensure compliance with safety protocols at the job site

Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to supervise the activities of all trade contractors, ensuring their adherence to architectural and engineering specifications and regulations.

Oversee change orders and RFIs, prepare as needed
Estimate and budget for project expenses
Manage bid document scheduling and review, while also scoping trades and negotiating contracts to align with project needs
Manage project closeout procedures
Travel to job sites as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Project
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
4-7 years of project management experience, particularly in multi-family wood-frame construction.
Construction Supervisor's License preferred
