    We are now looking for skilled and experienced candidates to join our team as part-time and full-time remote event managers. You will be in charge of organizing, planning, and carrying out a variety of events as an event manager, including corporate meetings, trade fairs, conferences, and fundraisers.

    Primary Accountabilities:

    Work with customers to establish the budget, goals, and objectives of events - Locate and reserve locations, suppliers, and vendors for events

    Create and oversee schedules, budgets, and timeframes for events

    Arrange the logistics and requirements for the event in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

    Manage volunteers and staff on-site for events; - Oversee the setup, operation, and cleanup of events; - Perform post-event assessments and write event reports

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, event management, or a similar industry - Demonstrated expertise organizing and managing events - Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools - Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively

    Candidates must be US residents and be eligible for this remote role. While part-timers may have flexible hours depending on project needs, full-time employees will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
