Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)
at our headquarters in Isernhagen

This is what you can expect from us:

You are responsible for creating correspondence with our customers
You collect feedback from customers and support the improvement of our services
You handle all damages in the operational area
You enter all important data into our PC system
You enjoy small talk, even on the phone or via video conference, and professionally handle inquiries and complaints
You also organize general administrative tasks at the location

This is what you should bring to be able to handle the tasks with us:

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
Professional experience in customer service or call center experience desirable
Experience in damage management/customer complaint management would be ideal, but not mandatory
You feel confident using common MS Office products including Excel
Be organized, resultsoriented, and have a high level of comprehension
Work is done in a team, so bring your customer orientation, openness, and communication and teamwork skills
Our team is as diverse as our languages, but German and English should be spoken
