Head of Key Account Management/Team Lead Key Account Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Leading the Key Account Management team
Market analysis to identify new potential and customer needs
Maintaining contacts and customer relationships
Supporting important and high-revenue customers, with a focus on annual discussions
Interface to all commercial departments and demand planning
Communication with all relevant departments in the company to meet customer needs
Designing budget preparation
Monitoring target-actual analysis

Your profile:

Experience in managing various key accounts and leading teams
Experience in field sales
In-depth business knowledge
Experience in creating and handling market analysis
Strong digital affinity
Constant effort
